Refunds and Returns Policy
If your order arrives faulty and the issue is reported within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund or replacement of your purchase. Proof of the faults will need to be sent to me. I will then be able to get a new product sent to you or process your refund.
You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period where you can return the item for a refund for any reason, however you will have to cover the return postage and ensure the product arrives back to me safely and within 14 days of you making me aware you are returning the product. Once the product has been received a full refund will be issued. After this cooling off period refunds are only possible for faulty Items.
